Function

Fortune Electrically Conductive Adhesive Transfer Tape WN510 is an adhesive transfer tape with anisotropic electrical conductivity. The adhesive matrix is filled with conductive particles which allow interconnection between substrates through the adhesive thickness (Z-axis) but electrically insulating in the plane of the adhesive (X- and Y-axes). The adhesive performance has excellent heat resistance, solvent resistance, and shear strength that make it easy to use on assembly operations.
